Recruitment Consultant

A Recruitment Consultant job has become available at Ace Management Services. This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) director and interfaces with managers and HR staff. We are looking for self-motivated Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team!

No Experience needed as training is provided.

Job Roles:

Direct advertising and hiring of prospect staff;
Ensure staff scheduling and responsibilities are duly notified 
Aid sales department in duties 
Generate leads for customer acquisition
Liaise with clients on requirements of staffing 
Handle full recruitment cycle for candidates
Oversee interview process and facilitate handover to clients 
Maintain profession positive client relationship  

As an end-to-end Consultant, you will focus on offering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates. Our successful applicant will have skills in the following key areas:

Advertising and Marketing: you will manage the posting of job advertisements, mailer targets, public relations
Recruitment: you will evaluate and shortlist top talents by screening, interviewing
Relationship management: you will be highly skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships

Able to speak English and Chinese fluently

Good at speaking with people

Able to problem solve when encountered issues
