We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Hospitality Coordinator to join a co-living community. As a key member of the team, you’ll ensure that residents enjoy a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained living experience. Your role is essential in creating a positive environment and fostering a sense of community within the space.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and orientation process
Manage daily operations, including room assignments, move-ins, and move-outs
Address resident inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service
Maintain communication with residents to ensure they feel supported and engaged
Coordinate and organize community events, activities, and social gatherings to encourage interaction among residents
Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, including kitchens, lounges, and shared spaces
Monitor and maintain inventory of communal supplies (e.g., cleaning products, toiletries, kitchen items)
Ensure all facilities and amenities (e.g., Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen) are fully functional and report maintenance issues promptly.

Job Requirement
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic and diverse environment
Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays as needed
