Position: Machine Learning Research Engineer - Machine Translation
Location: New York, NY, United States
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Requires 3+ years of experience in machine learning and NLP, including model training, neural machine translation, language modeling, and sequence-to-sequence models. Experience building AI/ML systems at scale in production or high-impact research environments is essential. Proficiency with JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow is required. A strong passion for machine translation, large language models, and NLP is vital.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Machine Translation team, you will develop advanced MT technologies to enable seamless cross-language communication. You’ll work on a variety of language technologies, pushing the boundaries of MT to solve practical challenges.

Job Requirement
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP).
Hands-on experience with neural machine translation.
Language modeling.
Sequence-to-sequence models.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Proven ability to develop AI/ML systems at scale, either in production environments or impactful research settings.
Soft Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
