Responsibilities
*Processing of finance records, closing of management accounts, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (“FP&A”) in compliance to accounting standards, GST/ tax regulations, Group internal control procedures and other relevant rules and regulations.
*Perform monthly management accounts closing and financial reporting for Singapore and overseas entities in adhering to timeline
*Review management accounts and financial reporting of overseas entities in accordance with timeline
*Prepare and file quarterly GST and annual tax returns
*Prepare annual audited financial statements and XBRL filing
*Perform the functions of financial planning and analysis
*Prepare monthly actual cash flows of entities and projects to Management
*Process the finance records such as fixed asset registers, cash book entries, bank reconciliations, debtor management (collections & invoicing), backcharges, borrowings, interests etc
*Assist in problem solving and recommend improvement on the process flows, controls etc
*Liaise with various external parties such as auditors and other relevant third parties
*Prepare relevant finance reporting to Management
*Assist Manager/Financial Controller/Managing Directors in relation to work related matters
*Ad hoc assignments
*6 months contract (might be convertible to perm)
$ 3500/month
