Your role is to provide assistance to the Business Support Manager who oversees these key areas of business operations:
- SALES BACKEND SUPPORT TO OUR CUSTOMERS (RETAIL STORES, E COMMERCE & CORPORATE).
- MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SERVICE CENTER (WORK WITH TEAM-A FEW WALK IN CUSTOMERS EACH DAY)
- COMMUNICATON & CO-ORDIANTION WITH LOGISTIC PARTNERS.
- SHIPMENT (INCOMING AND OUTGOING ) CO-ORDINATION AND COMMUNCATION.
- OCCASIONAL EVENTS & ROAD SHOW - BACKEND CO-ORDINATION AND SUPPORT.
- OTHER AREAS OF BUSINESS SUPPORT AS REQUIRED.
