We are looking for a dynamic professional Talent Acquisition to join our People Operations team in Singapore. We are open to profiles with knowledge in consultancy / financial technology who will be able to work in a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle of talent acquisition. i.e., Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Selecting potential profile(s) to meet clients staffing needs
Utilize various recruitment sources included social platforms (Linkedln, Indeed, Glassdoors, etc), school portal to build up talent pools
Coordinate with People Operations Team for hiring process, Offer negotiation, etc.
Work closely with Hiring Managers on hiring requirements and providing dedicated support throughout the hiring process.
Take part in different HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives.
Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets.
Assisting of other HR matters as per required.
