Job Requirement
1. Identifying and Generating Leads
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and emerging trends.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads through various channels (networking, social media, referrals, cold calling, etc.).
2. Building and Maintaining Relationships
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
3. Developing Strategies for Growth
Collaborate with leadership to define business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify new markets, products, and service opportunities to increase revenue streams.
4. Preparing and Delivering Proposals
Create tailored business proposals, presentations, and pitches to meet client needs.
Negotiate and finalize contracts or agreements with clients and partners.
5. Driving Sales Targets
Set and achieve specific sales and revenue targets.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
