Part time Job Description
Opening-Closing Outlet related (All Payment Mode)- liaise and feedback to Outlets.
Settlement Dispute with merchant Portal.
Liaise with outlets staff regarding wrong payment mode and sales return.
Provide POKET, Xiaomi Voucher and GTO calculation monthly.
Tidy Physical receipts & Filing.
Overall provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and provide accounting support to the accounting department (e.g., assist to meet month end closing and reporting deadlines)
Other Adhoc duties given
Job Requirement
Independent, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, well-organized, good people & time management skills, strong written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
Willing to learn and perform
