1. Recommend financial solutions for B2B and B2C
2. Identify, build and manage a portfolio of clients
3. Establish a trusted and healthy relationship with clients
4. Develop wealth management strategies to plan for their future

[Training & Support]
1. 1:1 mentorship guidance
2. 3-6 months training program by successful leaders
3. Lead generation, business development & digital support for client building
