Part time Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to help us evaluate customer experience across various locations. As a Mystery Shopper, you’ll visit assigned locations, interact with employees, and assess service quality, product availability, and store presentation. Your feedback will provide valuable insights to help improve our service standards and product display.
Responsibilities:
Visit specified locations and perform “shopper” tasks as instructed.
Evaluate customer service, product quality, and store conditions.
Take detailed notes and complete a post-visit survey.
Submit reports within set deadlines, providing clear and objective feedback.
Payment will be done ONE WEEK after report is submitted. If no report is submitted, there will NO payment. There will also be no reimbursement of transport.
Job Requirement
Strong observational and memory skills.
Ability to remain discreet and act naturally during visits.
Good written communication skills for completing reports.
Flexibility with travel and time management.
